No project in Financial District is premium they are just matchboxes build for office people so theyy should stop selling it with fake propagandas

Exactly the density of all these projects is above 170, design of this one is literally same as in early 20s

It is expected to have high rise towers of about 60+ floors and 5 towers based

62 floors in this much area will make it too dense according to me.

Land expansion here may mean the overall area will increase.

It might be possible as it won't be the first time for something like that in financial district

True, Fidi is becoming a district with too many residential projects while office space is not expanding at a similar rate.

I think the the name of the builder is Raghava Projects, it has two other projects calle Raghava Iris and Raghava Capital 45 in nearby regions of Financial district.
